The CTA Autónoma (CTA-A), along with other trade unions and social movements like the Federation of Energy Workers (FETERA) mobilized last November 4 in different cities of the country within as part of the National Day of Struggle and Strike called by the CTA-A, the CTA de los Trabajadores and social movements.
Among workers’ demands this November 4 were: reopening collective bargaining, an emergency increase for retirees and a commitment to cease layoffs in the public and private sector, among other important issues.
